East Bank would love to have your pets at our Noblesville apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, although we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets.

Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.

No, East Bank does not let Residents pre­pay their full lease terms. Rent must be paid monthly, on the first of every month.
